Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased from Glow Dream LLC via glowdream.agency.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by emailing contact@glowdream.agency. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to the Services until then. There are no cancellation fees, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

2. Refunds — First Payment

If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the work has not yet been substantially delivered. Refund requests should be sent to contact@glowdream.agency with your account email and the reason for the request.

3. Refunds — Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since work is scheduled and performed each billing cycle. However, if you believe you were billed in error (for example, after a valid cancellation), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full refund.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Duplicate charges and processing errors will always be refunded in full once verified.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at contact@glowdream.agency — we resolve almost all billing issues quickly and amicably, usually faster than a chargeback process.
